Is pizza or pasta carbonara better? Is indoor or outdoor training better?<\/em>  &#8211; These are all questions that are (almost) impossible to answer. If the first and second are almost unresolvable, whether it is better to train indoors or outdoors has a very precise answer: <strong>it depends<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>First of all, it depends on your frame of mind. There are people who just can&#8217;t train indoors, and that&#8217;s completely understandable. As there are others-including myself-for whom training indoors has indisputable advantages of comfort and control.
