There is very little time left and we will all be with our eyes (perhaps a little sleepy) fixed on the TV to watch the greatest athletes in every discipline compete for the most important achievement: the Olympic medal. adidas has dedicated to this iconic period, its athletes and its flagship products a very special color scheme that speaks of tradition and performance<\/strong>. Coloring that we will find in all the shoes worn by the athletes of the house of the three stripes<\/em>. But really all of them. From badminton to skateboarding, from basketball to tennis, all the way – of course – to all disciplines of athletics and, in particular, running.<\/p>\n

The color scheme combines the two traditional adidas colors, black and white, with solar red<\/strong>: a color that has always accompanied the German brand’s performance innovations.<\/p>\n

What are the main features of the three models?<\/p>\n

ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 2.0<\/a><\/h2>\n

They are absolutely the running shoes for those seeking maximum performance and have been the protagonists of the most recent records, I remember, for example, Kibiwott Kandie’s half-marathon record of 57’32” (and an average pace 2’43″\/Km).<\/p>\n

We have already talked about them here<\/a> and here<\/a> at the launch of the first version and they represent a marked change in direction as well as technology in race shoes.
\nIn fact, inside the midsole, the now customary carbon plate is present only at the heel and is associated with 5 Energy ro<\/strong>ds, small carbon-infused bars that simulate the mechanics of the foot and amplify its abilities to go faster.<\/p>\n

The compound used is Lightstrike Pro, a material that provides great energy return, coupled with very high lightness.<\/p>\n

To top it off, the upper is in the lightweight CelerMesh 2.0 a to complement and amplify the racing qualities of this shoe.<\/p>\n

When talking about adidas speed shoes, the first name that comes to mind is Boston<\/strong> (in honor of the quintessential marathon). This model has always been the perfect shoe for both fast training and racing and with excellent value for money. And the ADIZERO BOSTON 10 does not betray this reputation.<\/p>\n

You can think of them as little sisters of the ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 2.0. They in fact use the technology of energy rods<\/strong>, but in this case sandwiched between two layers of different material: Lightstrike Pro and Lightstrike EVA.
\nThe different choice of material allows you to have a shoe that is always lightweight and cushioned but also strong and durable; so you can do quality workouts in it as well.<\/p>\n

The weight of the ADIZERO BOSTON 10 is 239 grams with 8 mm of drop.<\/p>\n

We started with the pure performance shoe, looked at the model dedicated to quality races and training, and came to the model suitable for all uses and all runners: the ULTRABOOST 21.<\/p>\n

The new model features more BOOST midsole material, which, simply put, means more energy return. Another important element is the PRIMEKNIT+ upper, which provides comfort and flexibility and is made with a Parley Ocean Plastic yarn: recycled plastics that come from the ocean.<\/p>\n

Shoes, however, are born from ideas, and the one behind the ULTRABOOST 21 is very simple: make people want to go out for a run because, every time you put them on, you’re having fun<\/strong>. And the ULTRABOOST 21s are a lot of fun!<\/p>\n
