The way the foot is used can be the discriminating factor between &#8220;good running&#8221; and &#8220;bad running&#8221; as it greatly affects posture and effort efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>So here we are with Giulia ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adidas.it\/adidasrunners\/it_IT\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">adidas Runners<\/a> coach) in a 2-minute video to identify some exercises (both static and dynamic) that can help us improve stance technique and running posture.
