But also for anyone who has decided to start running and wants to do it the right way.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Starting to run is much easier than you think, even if, until now, the couch has been your companion for your every spare moment. You don&#8217;t need gym memberships but just a pair of running-specific shoes and the right motivation.<\/p>\n<p>The reasons why you may want to start can be many. Sure, so many of us have started to keep our weight under control and compensate for a life that pushes us to be too sedentary; but the beauty of running goes far beyond that.<br \/>\nBeing a runner allows you to see things differently, puts you in a position to think in a different context about the problems you need to solve.<br \/>\nBut the most beautiful aspect is that the run repays you for every single drop of sweat you give to it. It repays you with great life lessons, with improvements in your mind and body, with moments all to yourself, and, above all, with an extraordinary feeling you will experience.<\/p>\n<p>No, I am not trying to convince you because, if you are here, it means you have already decided to start running. All this is just to tell you that you made the right choice.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"where-to-start\">Where to start<\/h2>\n<p>There are some very small preliminary steps that will be essential to take before lacing up your running shoes. First of all, you have to buy running shoes. But which ones? First of all, the most important advice is to go to a specialized store: there, based on your physical characteristics and foot support, they will recommend the most suitable model for you.
