What is sport? And, more specifically, what is running?
\nIt is a question we have all asked ourselves. And it is a question for which there are a million answers. There are those who love to watch sports, those who cheer, those who use it as a tool to improve self-esteem, to overcome their limitations, or simply to have their own moment of detachment from the world and find themselves; and we could go on for hundreds of lines giving answers.<\/p>\n

This is the question she also asked herself

\n<\/a> in the latest video she published. And the final answer is very simple and very powerful: I am sport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

But it gets there by describing, in our opinion, perfectly the basic feelings and thoughts we all have when we run:<\/p>\n

When I run, the rest around me disappears; I detach and am finally me.<\/em>
\nThe thoughts, the muscles, the breath-everything is for running.<\/em>
\nRunning is part of me: if this is sport, I am sport.<\/em><\/p>\n

When we run, everything disappears and we are finally ourselves. Without structures, thanks to the ability of running to lay us bare. We return to our essential dimension, our identity: thoughts, muscles and breath. Around us we have the external world and, at the same time, we experience the world within us; in a moment totally our own.<\/p>\n

\n Cisalfa<\/strong>
\n<\/a> fits right into this context: providing the tools to enable the runner to be the sport<\/strong>. This is all part of a much larger project that will feature three more videos that will continue to explore the identity of the sport. In addition, to deepen and take the narrative on the road, the project is complemented by some docu-interviews with Alessia Baldini<\/strong>,
\n Gelindo Bordin<\/strong>
\n<\/a>, Rebecca Sartori<\/strong> and
\n Michele Evangelisti<\/strong>
\n<\/a> with a view to delving into different interpretations and ways of experiencing sports.<\/p>\n
