{"id":85114,"date":"2024-08-28T07:07:04","date_gmt":"2024-08-28T05:07:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/runlovers.it\/2024\/train-with-dynamic-military-gymnastics\/"},"modified":"2024-08-28T07:07:04","modified_gmt":"2024-08-28T05:07:04","slug":"train-with-dynamic-military-gymnastics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/runlovers.it\/en\/2024\/train-with-dynamic-military-gymnastics\/","title":{"rendered":"Train with dynamic military gymnastics"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr>\n<ul class=\"td-arrow-list\">\n<li>\n<h6>Military dynamic gymnastics is a sport discipline, recognized by CONI, based on free-body exercises performed without equipment.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>This training pushes to overcome sedentariness, encouraging maximum effort to achieve real results, without compromise or savings.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>The focus is on group unity: no one falls behind, training ends together, promoting cohesion and mutual support.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"dropcap dropcap3\">The<\/span>adjective military is used to identify something hard, strict, rigorous that refers to the world of the armed forces and soldiers, where discipline and adherence to certain rules prevail.<br \/>\nSince 2013, military is also the adjective that defines a new type of gymnastics: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gdmi.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dynamic military gymnastics<\/a>.   <\/p>\n<h3>What are they all about?<\/h3>\n<p>  It is a sport discipline, recognized for all purposes by the Coni, which is based exclusively on the performance of free-body exercises, without the aid of any machinery or small equipment.<br \/>\nOne does not train in a fully equipped environment, with air conditioning and all kinds of comforts.<br \/>\nThe comforts of daily life have lazy people leading them to want to do less and less and to complain about having to walk up a flight of stairs or a few extra meters for not finding a convenient parking space.<br \/>\nDynamic military gymnastics frees people from all the superfluous to re-establish, perhaps somewhat abruptly, a direct and concrete contact with their bodies.     <\/p>\n<h3>The fear of succeeding<\/h3>\n<p>  People&#8217;s uncertainties do not arise from fear of not succeeding, but from fear of succeeding.<br \/>\nThat is why it is important to have strong conviction.<br \/>\nPeople need to be convinced rather than involved in doing something.<br \/>\nInvolvement comes from the outside and can help take a first step toward change, but without strong conviction to back it up they will only be vain efforts.<br \/>\nThis is the mantra on which this branch of gymnastics is based.    <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Regaining the ability to struggle<\/h3>\n<p>  Getting or getting back on track after a period of inactivity or sedentariness is never easy.<br \/>\nSometimes it might even be a bit traumatic, but we need to find the strength to overcome the initial difficulties and obstacles.<br \/>\nThis will also give us the tools to cope with any new obstacles that may get in our way.<br \/>\nDynamic military gymnastics does not discount anyone; one must always give one&#8217;s all.<br \/>\nYou will hardly finish a workout with any energy left in your body: you train by giving everything you have, without sparing yourself.<br \/>\nThe results will come as a reward for your hard work.       <\/p>\n<h3>No one stays behind<\/h3>\n<p>  Some people might think that this is a type of training for overachievers and excessively strong-minded people.<br \/>\nCertainly it is not a type of training for those who do not feel like struggling.<br \/>\nOtherwise, everyone is welcome and can join, as long as one shares the principles and ideology based on the total absence of competition among individuals.<br \/>\nNo one wants and should excel or desire to prevail over the other.<br \/>\nThose who stop or fall behind are not left alone, but are supported by the whole group, which extends the training time so that we all finish the exercise together.<br \/>\nOne finishes what one has started together.<br \/>\nThis <em>modus operandi<\/em> creates a strong cohesion and sense of belonging to the group, just as happens in some running groups.
