The high stack absorbs impact, reducing injury risk and making each step feel smoother.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3414\" data-end=\"3681\">More experienced runners might notice the dynamic response\u2014not race-shoe fast, but definitely livelier than previous versions, which relied on a firmer EVA midsole. Today\u2019s advanced foams allow for a cushioned, protective ride that still feels light and bouncy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3683\" data-end=\"3973\">And for forefoot strikers? The Nimbus 27 performs well across the entire foot. Older high-stack shoes often had a thinner forefoot, making them feel unbalanced.
