The number on the scale can lie. If your clothes fit better or you feel stronger, that matters more than a raw number.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Using running as a food hall pass &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cI run, so I can eat anything.\u201d Nope. Running doesn\u2019t erase a week of overdoing it.
