It\u2019s not when you finally switch over your closet (spoiler: you never actually do it all the way), nor when you have your first gelato of the season. It\u2019s when you look at your workout mat and think, *\u201cToday, we\u2019re going outside.\u201d*<br \/>\nBecause let\u2019s be honest: shutting yourself in a gym when it\u2019s 28\u00b0C and the sky looks like it\u2019s been retouched in Photoshop doesn\u2019t sound that appealing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-7\">So here\u2019s a workout you can do anywhere: on your balcony, at the park, on a seaside boardwalk, or even in your living room with a fan blasting at full speed. All you need is 20 minutes, some stamina, and the desire to move.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-8\">&#8212;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"20-minute-hiit-circuit\" class=\"ai-optimize-9\">20-Minute HIIT Circuit<\/h2>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-10\">This is a high-intensity circuit (HIIT), broken down into 4 blocks of 5 minutes each, with 5 exercises per block. <strong>Each exercise lasts 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest. After each block, take a 1-minute break. Total time: 20 minutes + 3 minutes of recovery.<\/strong><br \/>\nIt\u2019s designed to work your entire body, boost cardiovascular endurance, and activate your core and mobility\u2014no equipment needed. Just you, your body, and maybe a bit of shade if you\u2019re at the park.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-11\">The structure is straightforward, and there\u2019s a little note at the end of each block.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-12\">&#8212;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"block-1-dynamic-warm-up-get-everything-moving\" class=\"ai-optimize-13\">Block 1: Dynamic Warm-Up (get everything moving)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-14\">Jumping jacks<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-15\">Inchworm to plank<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-16\">Bodyweight squats<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-17\">High knees<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-18\">Spiderman stretch (alternating)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-19\">\u2192 This is your way in\u2014warming up your heart, joints, and entire system without diving straight into the fire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-20\">&#8212;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"block-2-legs-core-now-were-getting-serious\" class=\"ai-optimize-21\">Block 2: Legs &amp; Core (now we\u2019re getting serious)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-22\">Jump squats<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-23\">Plank with shoulder taps<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-24\">Alternating lunges<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-25\">Mountain climbers<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-26\">V-sit hold<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-27\">\u2192 It might feel like you\u2019re at the beach with your feet in the sand. Except that \u201csand\u201d is lactic acid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-28\">&#8212;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"block-3-upper-body-cardio-hi-shoulders-hi-lungs\" class=\"ai-optimize-29\">Block 3: Upper Body &amp; Cardio (hi shoulders, hi lungs)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-30\">Push-ups (standard or on your knees)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-31\">Burpees (skip the jump if you&#8217;re gassed)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-32\">Superman hold<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-33\">Plank up &amp; down<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-34\">Jumping jacks<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-35\">\u2192 This is the tough one. This is where it all goes down: your willpower, your breath, and maybe a bit of your pride (especially if the park is packed).<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-36\">&#8212;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"block-4-mobility-cooldown-you-earned-it\" class=\"ai-optimize-37\">Block 4: Mobility &amp; Cooldown (you earned it)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-38\">Cat-Cow<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-39\">Lunge with twist<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-40\">Cobra stretch<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-41\">Child\u2019s pose<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-42\">Standing forward fold<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-43\">\u2192 Your well-deserved reset. Your body will thank you. Actually\u2014welcome!<br \/>\nStart with just 2 blocks (warm-up + whichever you like), and build from there. For each exercise, you can tone things down:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-47\">Jump squats \u2192 regular squats<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-48\">Push-ups \u2192 on your knees<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-49\">Burpees \u2192 no jump<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-50\">V-sit \u2192 basic crunch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-51\">The key is not to stop\u2014or rather, to pause when needed but with a promise to keep going.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-52\">&#8212;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"already-in-good-shape\" class=\"ai-optimize-53\">Already in Good Shape?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-54\">Double up blocks 2 and 3, and crank up the intensity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-55\">Jump squats \u2192 tuck jumps<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-56\">Push-ups \u2192 diamond push-ups<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-57\">Mountain climbers \u2192 cross-body mountain climbers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-58\">This workout is fully adaptable. And that\u2019s the beauty of it\u2014you can tune it to your level and your mood.
