For that, you need a good director.<\/p>\n<p>For over a century, cinema has loved to tell stories about our lives, and it has understood perfectly that running is one of the most powerful metaphors that exists. It\u2019s about effort, liberation, escape, and joy. It\u2019s a way to get from point A to point B, but much more often, it\u2019s a way to understand what the heck is between A and B.
