Run a lap. Drink the second beer. Run a lap. And so on for 4 beers and 4 laps (a mile, about 1600 meters).<\/li>\n<li><strong>The cruelty:<\/strong> The beer must be completely finished before starting to run (you tip the can over your head to prove it).
