Sometimes the question of how to change the mood arises. You know when the sun is shining but you have gray clouds inside your head? Or do you have your own portable cloud? Even worse: when everyone seems happy and you just don’t feel like it, you don’t feel it, things turn bad.

There are at least two remedies, which then also go together and you can administer at the same time: running (of course) and listening to music. And running while listening to music is perfect, right?

And it has no side effects: it takes you to the dimension you want, whether real or imaginary. You can dream that it is you singing in front of an oceanic crowd or you can travel back in time to when you were listening to this very song. How good you were then, what a great summer that was, do you remember that?
