Born in 2020, in the midst of the Italian lockdown caused by the pandemic, DSTANZ is the new, innovative product line created by Daniel Fontana to experience sport–biking in particular–within the walls of the home. Indoor cycling training experiences very special demands: body temperature tends to rise due to the absence of external ventilation, and this plays a significant role in the body’s ability to express power. Staying hydrated and fresh while cycling is crucial.
Following the dedicated line of accessories and including a power desk and wall dock, DSTANZ offers a line of clothing made
with t
breathable exudes, contoured patterns, thinner (but much denser) bottoms, and a minimization of seams to prevent chafing.
All of which can significantly improve comfort and performance during home training.
The D3PS CLASSIC JERSEY and D3PS SLEEVELESS JERSEY are made from a breathable, ultra-lightweight fabric and specially designed to provide ventilation and allow the body to thermoregulate at its best. A slouchy cut and DF logo complete the designs.
The lightweight and breathable DF shorts, thanks to the special weave, are made of Lycra® and stretchy so as not to lose in compression power and containment under stress. Embossed thermoplastic and silicone stretch logos withstand repeated washings. The shorts, designed without suspenders, nonetheless remain firm at the waist and adherent to the athlete’s legs thanks to an ergonomic cut and a soft belt placed on the waistline, shaped and internally siliconized. Additional comfort is provided by the La Fonte Zenith Gold Edition seat pad, which is made from contoured, high-density TRS3 Hi-density foams.
Completing the line is the sock with ultra-flat seams and reinforcements on the parts with the most wear.
