Improving one of the most beloved trail shoe lines isn’t easy, but Norda has done it again. Following the success of the 001, 002, and 003, the 005 takes center stage (yes, you read that right—there’s no 004, at least not yet). Pure midsole performance
The 005’s midsole is crafted from pure Arnitel, an elastomeric material renowned for its energy return. Unlike many midsoles, which blend materials like EVA, Norda keeps it pure, maximizing responsiveness and elasticity while keeping the weight to a minimum.

By combining a lightweight upper with a pure Arnitel midsole, the 005 achieves an extraordinary weight: just 211 grams for a men’s size 42 and 177 grams for a women’s size 38. Despite its ultralight build, the shoe remains stable and durable, offering limitless performance on the trails.
There is a bit of a wait
Eager to snag a pair? Patience is key—the Norda 005 will be available in spring 2025. The price, true to Norda’s tradition, reflects its premium build: $325 CAD (approximately €223). However, if past trends hold, expect the final price to exceed €330, aligning with earlier models.
