Indoor activities

  • 2 minute read

And here we are again: a summer in which it seemed that everything was over and that we could (almost) return to normal, and instead the Conte press conferences, the DPCMs that no one understands anything about (But here we explain well the last one) and especially the victims of this unfortunate pandemic.

Compared to the unfortunately numerous personal and family tragedies, the problems of most are small. Our need to train and run is really small compared to what decides of thousands of people are experiencing, including perhaps those you know personally.

Ours are small problems but this week is dedicated to them: to problems and difficulties. We talk about them not to complain about them but instead to solve them.

Misure anti Covid-19: le domande più frequenti

A change of vision

The good news compared to the lockdown (we all somewhat refuse to call this lockdown as well, partly because it is undoubtedly milder than the previous one in March-May) is that we can now go out for a run and there is no need for a mask, except when we pass other runners.

However, this may not necessarily also be a time to address other types of training that we can do at home. In fact, some are less likely to go out anyway or feel restricted by the restrictions that exist in red zones.

Once again, it is a matter of making a virtue out of necessity and thus turning a problem (not being able to train the way you like and are used to doing) into an opportunity, that is, trying new types of training that we can do while staying at home.
