Craft Sportswear is further solidifying its position in the world of trail running with the addition of nine outstanding athletes to the Craft Elite Run Team 2025. Since its founding in 1977, the Swedish brand has been synonymous with innovation and performance in endurance sports. These new signings underscore Craft’s ongoing commitment to supporting excellence in off-road running.
Craft Elite Run Team Manager Abel Recknold describes the new athletes as “not only talented and determined but also deeply connected to the trail and ultra-running community. We’re fortunate to have them with us and look forward to watching their progress.”

A strategic team for a growing brand
According to Niklas Moberg, Craft’s Head of Brand, these athletes play a key role in the company’s vision: “The run team is a vital piece of Craft’s puzzle right now. Athlete feedback is invaluable in improving our products, and their achievements help strengthen our brand identity.”
The arrival of these nine new runners marks another step forward for Craft, which continues to pair exciting product innovations (more on that soon) with top-tier athletes. The brand’s commitment to trail running is also evident in its pioneering approach to gravel running—a concept borrowed from cycling but first introduced into running by Craft. By investing in talent and focusing on resilience, innovation, and adventure, the company is shaping the future of the sport.
Beyond these latest additions, Craft’s roster already includes elite athletes such as David Laney, Tim Tollefson, Ida Nilsson, Emkay Sullivan, Mimmi Kotka, Tommy Rivs, Arlen Glick, and Aroa Sio.
