Tools such as smartwatches and the latest generation of sensors are valuable allies in optimizing each session and being able to perform at your best.

5. Recover smart: It’s not just a matter of training hard, but training well. Rest, sleep and nutrition are integral parts of improvement. Real progress happens when the body regenerates.
