Foot stance is one of the technical elements that-along with stretching-so many runners overlook. The way the foot is used can be the discriminating factor between “good running” and “bad running” as it greatly affects posture and effort efficiency.
So here we are with Giulia ( adidas Runners coach) in a 2-minute video to identify some exercises (both static and dynamic) that can help us improve stance technique and running posture. You don’t need equipment or an athletic track, you just need your usual paths: in a park, in a bike path, wherever you want.
