Apps to better experience quarantine

After training as we suggested in the previous installment, it’s time to get some rest.

First of all: how has the kind of rest you do changed now that you have more time? Or do you also feel like you can’t get enough of it, despite the fact that you don’t travel by car/train/bus anymore and always stay at home? What is this story like?

In this installment, we talk about how digital is saving us in this long isolation from COVIT-19: thanks to the many apps, the network, Instagram feeds (by the way: do you know we do too? There are those on Tuesdays and Fridays at 5 p.m. with coach Paolo Barbera and 3 more evenings at 9 p.m.-scheduling is announced later in the day on Instagram and Facebook, so follow us!), to movies and our beloved TV series. Throw in books and games as well.
