What to do when you can’t run?

  • 2 minute read

Forced home like everyone else, we inaugurate with this installment a segment of the Outlaw season that has no progressive numbering, or rather: it has its own numbering and refers to the dreadful COVID-19 virus that has forced us into what we jokingly refer to as “forced domicile.” Our hope is, of course, that this interlude in the usual programming will last as little as possible, but we also think that the aftermath (which inevitably and fortunately will come) is an opportunity to rethink a bit of everything: us, the society in which we live, personal relationships, and our lives. To improve everything, of course!

Since we have to stay home, we thought we would suggest how to engage your free time. Even if you work you will have time available to listen to music, read, watch movies or TV series. Or to make food and listen to other podcasts, and maybe do it at the same time! In short: we are not suggesting recipes because we are not entitled to them but instead we are suggesting things to do, to read, to listen to. To put this period to good use as much as possible and to experience it as a pause for reflection and not as imprisonment.

You can listen to the episode with the player below, or you can subscribe using popular podcast platforms and receive notifications whenever a new episode is released.

Happy listening!
