Time to Run Together is a very interesting project by Franco Collé, Alex Baldaccini and Alessandro Degasperi: three athletes who have decided to “put themselves out there” to help people get better at running. Tables, tips, opportunities and the whole world of “pros” within reach of every participant and – guess what? – Is completely free of charge.
The project is dedicated to trail runners, runners and triathletes who want to improve themselves with the help of the three coaches, through tables dedicated to different preparations. I project includes material dedicated to both beginners and more experienced athletes.
But it is not over… Because in addition to technical advice, ‘Time to Run Together’ participants can access discounts and benefits offered by the project’s brand sponsors, including Hoka One One, Enervit and Polar.
Everything revolves around three different “channels”: first, a private Facebook group to which one joins, in addition to the traditional button, by filling out a special form; a newsletter; and live broadcasts that will be transmitted on Facebook every other Tuesday.
The Facebook Group
is the focal point because there you will meet other project participants and can ask the three coaches for advice.
Newsletter arrives fortnightly with training tables, discount codes, and insights.
Facebook Live, on the other hand, takes place every other Tuesday (at 9 p.m.), and during the live broadcast, training programs are presented, tips and new topics are discussed in depth. In short, comprehensive coaching.
What does Runlovers have to do with it?
As we mentioned last Wednesday during our episode of Fuorisoglia Live!, we really like the project because it is a great tool for growth, and for that reason, you can also find it on our Facebook page.
So from tonight and until the conclusion of the program, every other Tuesday, you will find Franco, Alex and Alexander telling you about and delving into the beauty of Time to Run Together.
Can I sign up even if the project has already started?
Yes, otherwise we would not be here. ;)
Even though we have reached the ninth week, you can add yourself. First, because the charts from previous weeks are available to everyone, and second, because if you are already in good shape, you can start training right away.
