What do you do when you are not running or working? What do you do in your spare time? We ride bikes or swim, for example.
Joke! No: we also do things that do not require any physical effort. Maybe some mental effort, that is: we read, watch TV series (lots of them) and listen to a lot of music. That’s why we thought we would dedicate an episode of Out of the Threshold specifically to stepping out of the threshold, talking about anything but running or sports.
The mind also likes to work out and its gymnasium are things that stimulate it and make it push its limits. That’s why in the new installment of Outrageous we tell you about things (books, TV series and movies, music that have entertained us, made us think, and ultimately made us evolve. Because you run in search of new limits to overcome and feed your mind to make it discover new dimensions (but without the use of drugs, don’t worry).
